Owing to its ubiquity in drum and bass music, the drum break from The Winstons' 'Amen, Brother' is one of the most sampled tracks of all time. Despite this, songwriter Richard Spencer never received any royalties for the thousands of times his song was sampled. In 2015 as a goodwill gesture, British DJ's Martyn Webster and Steve Theobald created a GoFundMe page for Spencer, and in the end raised £24,000.
