Consisting of two side-by-side residences in the Laurel Canyon neighborhood of Hollywood Hills crafted by architect Robert “Boulder” Thorgusen, the asking price for the entire compound is $9 million. The midcentury-modern homes are also listed individually by Rick Tyberg and Lauren Duffy of Douglas Elliman for $5.6 million and $3.4 million, respectively.

Tucked away behind a shared gated driveway, the charcoal-hued dwellings were acquired in two separate deals by Zombie and his actress wife Sheri Moon Zombie. The couple purchased the smaller abode almost a decade ago for $2.5 million and subsequently picked up the bigger place next door in early 2018 for $4.5 million. Together, the dual-parcel spread sits on just over seven tree-laced acres originally designed by noted landscape architect Garrett Eckbo.
